This Privacy Policy explains how Aunty Run ("the app") handles information. It applies to the Aunty Run iOS app and to the browser version of the game. The app is developed and published by Omeoray Ltd ("we", "us"), who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
In short:
We collect no data. Aunty Run does not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. Because we collect nothing, there are no uses of your data to disclose.
Specifically, the app does not collect or request:
Aunty Run does not display advertising of any kind, and does not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. It does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and therefore never presents an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
So the game can remember your progress and preferences, it saves three small values using your device's standard local storage, inside the app's own private storage area:
These values are created on your device by the game itself, are used only for the purposes described above, and are never transmitted anywhere. They are not personal information, they are not linked to your identity, and neither we nor anyone else can access them. The app uses no cookies for tracking.
Aunty Run contains no third-party software development kits (SDKs), no advertising networks, no analytics providers, and no social network integrations.
We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any user data with any third party — including any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or other related entity — because we do not collect any user data in the first place.
If this ever changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect, and we will require any third party with whom user data is shared — including any analytics tool, advertising network, third-party SDK, or any parent, subsidiary or related entity with access to user data — to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this privacy policy and as required by the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
Please note that Apple may independently collect information in connection with your download and use of apps (for example, App Store download statistics, or crash and analytics reports where you have opted in through iOS Settings). That collection is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not by this one. Where we can see such information at all, it reaches us only as anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify any individual.
We hold no data about you. Because nothing is ever collected or transmitted to us, there is nothing for us to store, and no retention period applies on our side. We maintain no user databases, servers, or backups containing user information.
The three values described in section 1 remain on your device until you remove them. You are in full control of them at all times.
You can erase everything the game has stored at any time:
Deleting the app also withdraws any consent associated with it. Since the app collects nothing and requires no consent to process personal data, there is no separate consent to revoke, and no permissions to turn off.
Even though we hold no personal data, you may still contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data. We will respond within 30 days and, in practice, will confirm in writing that no personal data about you is held.
Aunty Run does not support account creation and has no sign-in, so there is no account to delete. The full game is playable without providing any personal information.
Aunty Run is a light-hearted arcade game suitable for a general audience. It is not directed specifically at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from anyone else — it collects nothing from any user, of any age. There is no advertising, no behavioural profiling, no social features, no chat, no user-generated content, and no external links inside gameplay. This is consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent rules elsewhere. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, transfer, or erase — and we have no personal information to sell or share (we have never sold or shared personal information, and do not do so). You are welcome to contact us to exercise any of these rights, and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Because your information never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security: iOS app sandboxing and device encryption. There is no server to breach and no transmission to intercept.
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes — in particular, any change that would introduce data collection — will be described clearly and will take effect only after the updated policy is published here. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
